WHAT HAVE MADE ME TO BE SLIM AND WHY????

Hello everyone...!!!

well this is my first time I create a blog....wish I would be a great blogger soon..well I'm not really good in English but I'll my best..

I will be 20 years old by this October....and this was me on July 2010


Well you guys can see how fat I am...my weight on that time was around 105kg....and I never feel to be slim or I never think to take care of my health or even myself..all what I know is eating and keep eating of whatever I can eat .... I never think to be beautiful and have a light skin colour.......what I had on that time was just a very fat body,double chin and a dark skin colour...(nightmare)

But, the weird thing is I always desire a beautiful person to be in my life..I mean I want someone who is beautiful and with a great body light skin...I know everyone desires an angel to be in their lives...I always think to have a beautiful person but I never think whether a beautiful person that I desire also wants me or not.....and on that moment I just thought that I am already beautiful enough.....

On september 2010 I decided to go to Jordan to continue my study so, you can imagine the feeling when a village boy is flying to other country by flight for the first time..... huuhhh!!

I went for a medical check up before I left to Jordan and my weight had just increased 5 KG more!!!!...

well the max of me...168cm height with 110 KG....

One thing you should know most people in Jordan are so beautiful cute and they just have great body....they just like models in magazines and television..

I just felt like ohhhhhhhh!!!! How they can be so hot like that??!!...I just cant believe that...

Every second I just dream about them...:)))).....
 My hearbeat becomes so fast when I see those people.....God created them with very good appearances..and sometimes I think Is God fair???......noooooo!!!....I cant think like that...God is always fair...He knows the best.....

here in Jordan every time I walk at the outside with my friends I just started to feel that I'm the ugliest one...black fat person..

I see my friends they are slim light skin colour...good looking.facial hair.but me...nothing!!!....They have a lot of friends... Arab friends....but me got nothing....if there are...they all just want to take advantage on me....

I started to feel jealous...so I changed to wear other clothes that maybe look fit on me...like a muscular guy...but nothing worked...all I got was a belly....I just hate myself....

and one day I signed up a website like want to make friends and dating..I uploaded my picture...the above pics...and when I send them messages and the first thing they replied me was very rude..they said 'sorry you are not my type..i hate fat black guy'...
Only God knows my feeling...I know it sounds silly but if you were me you will know what i felt on that moment...not only one but most of them said the same....here are some of my pictures during February, March, April and May 2011...





you guys know what...on that time I just felt that I'm already beautiful and cute enough....with a full confident enough i went out for walking and I got nothing..:((.....

So, on June 2011 I decided to go back to Malaysia for 3 months and i didn't want to take summer class...but on that time I already lost 18kg..so on that time my weight was 92kg...I lost it maybe because I walked so much here or maybe the weather here or other else i didn't know..and yet I didn't plan anything to be slim on that moment.....

When I got back to Malaysia my family said that I look slim little bit and lighter little bit....and they said if I be more slim I will be more handsome and cute....they all said to me like giving me an encouragement...my heart just felt like I must be slim...for myself...

so I search everything about to be slim and whatever about to burn fat and calories..and also to have a lighter skin colour...I planned i must be slim before I get back to Jordan...I was about to buy a slimming pil or like other product for slim but my friends advised me not to because it is very unhealthy way....they asked me to have a regular exercise and diet...

what I do for 3 months??????...

FOOD
1. never eat rice
2. never take a sugar 
3. never drink a cold drinking
4. never drink a bicarbonate drink

What I eat??
  
Breakfast
 1. oat biscuits ( 2 pieces)
2.hot tea with no sugar.
3.a tomato
4. some cucumber.

Lunch
1. any protein source like chicken or meat or fish..
2.vegetables
3.a tomato
4. some cucumber
5.mineral warm water

Dinner
1.Fruits..
2.mineral warm water water.

What I do?

for the exercise..I did in the MORNING and EVENING...

1. Jogging for 15 minutes
2.sit up 30 times...
3. Jump at the same place 200 times

*I did the same things for 3 months morning and evening...


IMPORTANT!!!

1. drink a hot tea with no sugar everyday....It will burn your calories easily as tea contains citric acid...citric acid helps burning calories..

2.drink a mineral warm water 2 liters daily....It will increase your metabolism...once your metabolism has increased it will process your excessive calories easily and wont make you fat... that's why if we see slim people they eat so much but still stay slim..

3. don't eat anything before 2 hours you want to exercise..

4. don't have a shower after eating..It will make your stomach becomes big...because once you have a shower your blood pressure becomes lower so if you have a shower directly after you eat...the food cant be digested easily as the blood pressure is low...so it will make your stomach becomes fat...

5. dont sleep after eating...we usually feel sleepy after eating...so to avoid it..eat fruit first before eat your meal...and remember eat for your energy,,, don't eat for your stomach...

6. if you feel hungry at anytime just drink a lot of mineral warm water and fruits... that's why I forbid you not to take sugar...because you can receive energy from sugar fruits...sugar fruits wont make you fat..

7. I always drink a lemon juice with no sugar...just take lemon..squeeze it and drink it...as you know it helps burn calories because of citric acid...and lemon is good to bright your skin colour...everyday i drink lemon juice....

8. for your lunch like protein....just eat some chicken or meat or fish from what your mom cooks...you don't have to cook for another one...

9. I just take carbohydrate source only in the morning...oat biscuit...and i don't eat rice at all...because it is step to be slim..trust me it is true...

10. you must eat even you want to be slim..diet doesn't mean you don't have to eat...because when you don't eat your body wont have calories so you wont have energy...and that will make our body will use little energy only..so how we want to work out if we don't have energy??....

11. I always set in my mind that I have to do these all because I want to be slim,cute and beautiful body...and always be happy to do these all... don't be stress because once you stress nothing will work..

12. the one thing that you will be happy to these all is when you get an encouragement and something that makes you sad because of your physical and you really want to change...

13. I know at first you will see nothing change and you will give up easily but trust me don't give up and keep it up..you will get what you want....trust me!!

So back to my story...after 3 months I did these all and I got what I want....

But I still look fat....because in three months  from 92kg to 75kg...I lost just about 17kg...and my height was 169cm...so my BMI still overweight...and I don't feel satisfied...so I keep going with the same things...... so when I got back to Jordan on September 2011..all my friends really surprised with me...I just felt like a diva!!!...hahahahha........they asked me what I have done...and some said I have to keep it up...so here is my picture...

for my face..i use lemon,fair & lovely and i always scrub my face and my neck to get better....

this is me with my weight on that time was 70 kg with my height 169cm.....with some facial hair...but i want more...im not greedy but i just feel happy and more comfortable when im more slim... so i just keep it up but i just started to eat rice and some cakes...an etc..but i never drink bicarbonate drink....

and i work out myself to be better and now my weight is 66kg with my height 172cm...I already got an ideal weight and body...




see you all can see the different...trust me if you can do it...and of course I almost get anorexia nervosa...I'm afraid to eat because i don't want to be fat but remember once you are active i mean always have exercise it is okay...just eat what you want...you will not get fat back...:)......now i just feel really comfortable to go out...and i can see there are so many hypocrites...when i was fat they hate me but now they just like me....

WHATEVERRRR!!

hey guys!.....how are you all??./.since long time i didnt update my blog....welll actually i dont know what i have to write here but just want to make my blog actives so i have to write even i dont know what i have to write...silly!!!>.. btw i just checked my weight last day and it was 65kg...thats cool right......well but i do eat rice chicken meat ice cream cakes but more importantly is i drink a mineral water atleast 2 liters per day....so even i eat a lot the excess calories will be processed easily by drinking 2 liters of water and you will not get fat back...and still work out everyday..but during eid break i didnt work out for 5 days and i just felt im soooooo fat like 110kg back...craapp!!!..i hate this feeling..it makes me not to eat anything....but it is okay....the good thing is if you have this feeling you will be careful to eat....and guys when you want to eat just eat whatever you want but eat properly and slowly....because if you eat very fast that would make your stomach becomes big....this is a fact....:))).....so i can say that drinking a lot of mineral water per day is really really really effective and healthy......try it!!!>..........

HOW TO REMOVE SCARS ACNE?????

Scars are fibrous tissue which replace normal skin after the dermis, which gets deteriorated following a wound or sore. A skin usually appears in the brownish, blackish or pinkish color. Scars though ugly looking are a natural way of the skin to repair itself from injury. The word scar owes its origin to the GREEK WORD eschara' which means fireplace. An injury becomes a scar only after the sore or wound is completely healed. Let us see how you can treat and remove scars and ACNE SCARS from your body:
Apply vitamin E oil directly on the healing tissue two or three times a day. Vitamin E is used to help the skin regenerate, and the gentle massage that you do will help the tissue grow smoothly. You can even use Vitamin E CAPSULES. Break the CAPSULE and smear the oil of these capsule in the area which has scars. - Aloe vera paste can be combined with the oil of vitamin E capsules to remove the scars effectively

Massage scars with water and little baking soda to gently shed off the dead issue on the top layer of the skin. Massage the scat with baking soda for atleaset one minute, twice daily. Rinse with warm water and apply some olive oil to revitalize the tissue.


An expensive yet permanent form of SCAR REMOVAL is by using LASER SCAR REMOVAL. The cost of the treatment will depend on the size and the area where the scar exists.

Sandalwood paste can effectively get rid of scars. Soak sandalwood in night overnight. The next morning apply the paste on scar affected areas and you will find improvements in your SKIN TONE.

Olive oil or aloe vera gel can also reduce the scar from intensifying.

Apply lemon juice on the area where scars are present. Otherwise you can also trying rubbing lemon on the affected skin areas, by cutting the lemon into two halves. The citric quality of lemon helps in not only cleansing the pores but also REMOVING the scars.



Apply fresh tomato juice on the affected areas of skin to remove the scars.

Rub your skin with ice-cubes to pale the scar. This is the simplest way to reduce scars on the face or other areas of skin.

Fullers earth can also be used well to remove scars. Take two tablespoons of fuller's earth and mix it with lemon juice. Mix them well, add rose water to the mixture. Apply the paste on the scars and the scars will reduce considerably. Allow it dry for 15 minutes before washing the area with cool water. If you do this twice a day, the scar will be completely cured.

Gently massage almond oil on the affected skin area to remove scars effectively.

Fenugreek seeds are also useful in scar removaltreatments in a herbal manner. Take FENUGREEK SEEDS and dissolve them in a glass of water. Let it boil FOR ABOUT 5 minutes or so. Then let the SOLUTION cool and wash the affected area of scar with thissolution. Washing the face with fenugreek watersolution can also work wonders to add glow to your face.

Mash a ripe banana and apply the resultant paste on the scar. Leave on for ten minutes and then was the skin with cold water. You will be able to remove scars naturally this way.

Apply an extract of cucumber on the scar affected area and leave it like that for 15 minutes. Rinse your skin with cool water after 20 minutes. This method can remove the darkest of scars.

Applying honey directly on the scar area can also completely remove the scar. You must apply honey regularly on the scar affected area, till it goes away.

Dab some green tea on a cotton and massage it on the scar affected area.

Oils like olive oil, coconut oil and the aforementioned almond oil , if regularly applied on the skin several times a day can reduce scars effectively.

If the scar is due to an acne or pimple, do this: Mix a tablespoon of yoghurt, sour cream , a tablespoon of ground oatmeal and a some drops of lemon juice and mix together thoroughly. Apply this paste onto the face for ten minutes. Then rinse off with cold water. Do this several times a day. Se low fat sour cream if you have an OILY SKIN. 

Cut a clove of garlic into two parts and massage it on the acne or pimple area. This helps to cure the scar and its traces effectively.

how to have a flawless skin in a week....???

Have you ever thought, "I've got blackheads!" or "I want to get rid of my pimples!"? Ever wondered why that girl has got such flawless skin, and you don't? Don't envy her. YOU can have flawless skin as well if you follow these steps.

1) Determine your skin type. Is it oily, dry, flaky, sensitive or combination of either?

2) Invest in a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub suited to your skin type.(If you're young no need for a facial scrub) You might have to test out a couple of brands before you find the perfect one. Talk to an associate at a make up counter or stand alone make up store. You will be able to test different formulas. They may even offer samples so you can try a product out for a day or two.
  • If you have a bad case of acne or any other skin problem, consider going to see a dermatologist. They will give you the treatment you need.
3) Buy an SPF 15+ sunscreen for daily use. Try for a facial sunscreen with no fragrance or oil.

4) Use your face wash every day. You will not see a difference if you only use it once a week. Use your scrub only every few days as to avoid scrubbing off too much skin.

5) Wash off your makeup. Before going to bed remember to take off any makeup you put on. Washing your face may do the trick, but some makeup may require makeup remover.

6) Eat properly. A great menu is a balanced menu. Remember the food pyramid? Eat fruits and vegetables. They say eat 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables. Avoid foods with caffeine and sugar. No greasy foods and red meat.

7) Drink plenty of fluids. Try to drink 8 glasses of fluids, preferably water, every day! Avoid sugary soft drinks, caffeine and coffee. Green/herbal tea is good.

8) Exercise. It will help metabolize and help detoxify. A walk with your dog or some yoga lessons do make a difference! Plus if you are stressed out, it will de-stress you.

9) Sleep. make sure you get your 8 hours every night, perhaps a bit more if you are a teenager, flawless skin doesn't have big dark circles.
  • Do this every day, and you will soon begin to see the results.

How to Determine Your Skin Type

Everyone's skin is normal to them, but in order to care for diverse skin types, we often group people into some skin categories. Ascertaining your skin type is an important first step in knowing how to treat your skin, what products to use, and how to have a perfect skin...


1) Wash your face.Wash with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Remove make-up. This cleans away oils and dirt that may have accumulated during your day, giving your skin a fresh start. Do not over wash though.
2)Wait an hour. During this time, your skin should return to its natural state, the characteristics of which will determine your skin type. Act normally and, please, don't touch your face.

3)Dab your face with a tissue. Pay attention to the 'T-zone'--the area of your forehead and nose.

4)Determine your skin type. Skin falls into four types--normal, oily, dry and combination.
  • Normal skin shows neither oil nor flaking skin. It should feel supple and smooth. If you have it, consider yourself lucky :)
  • Oily skin is characterized by the grease on the tissue. It is also common for a person with oily skin to have large pores and a shine.
  • Dry skin may feel taut or show flakes of dead skin. It is associated with small pores. Moisturizing is important for this skin type.
  • Combination skin is most common. It exhibits traits of all three of the above skin types. Usually, the skin is oily in the T-zone and normal to dry elsewhere.
5) Know what problems your skin might have. There are usually two 'problem' categories that your skin may fall under, as well as your skin type. These two categories are:
  • Sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, your face reacts easily to regular skin products. This means that when you use regular skin products, your face will get red, itchy, or a rash could form.
  • Acne-Prone skin. Even if you're not a teenager, you may still get pimples/acne, especially if you have an oily skin type. If you have acne-prone skin, look around for a good acne products.

Two necessary ingredients that keep skin plump and elastic are collagen and elastin. Protein- rich in food such as cottage cheese, milk, legumes, tofu, beans, seeds, nuts, and fish all contain collagen and elastin forming components, as well as oils to help maintain healthy skin. Quick and dirty protein tip: For optimum absorption, squeeze 100-200 calories of these protein sources in immediately after your workout. 

Tip #4: Take Care of Your Skin

Nourish and care for your skin. Daily exfoliation can help to remove dead skin cells and increase skin circulation. A hot bath with sea salts and minerals can improve skin tone. it is all about diet...
